Rootz.nu is part of the Dutch company Paleo Paardencoaching. This company is owned by Leonique van Tol. Besides management consulting and coaching, training and coaching with horses has a special place in her work. In her personal support to people and organizations she focuses on developing awareness and creating movement and perspective to bring them back to their core, that what makes every person or organization special and  powerful. In addition, she includes the use of a systemic perspective on families and organizations.
